in the heart of the beautiful Berkshires, in Massachusetts, offering an incredible,
breathtaking view of Laurel Lake. Our famous facility is open year-round, and offers
a priceless atmosphere, superb food, excellent service, Working owners, Jasmine and Chris Ryan, are on hand at the Cork 'N Hearth to warmly welcome guests. While both are also available to assist you with entree and wine recommendations, Chris is the restaurant's chef. Trained at prestrigious Johnson & Wales, in Rhode Island, Chris and his sous chef prepare each dish to order and uses only the freshest ingredients. Cork 'N Hearth has a "perfect room" for every occasion. Our popular Lake Room affords our guests a magnificent view of Laurel Lake with a fireside backdrop; the Brass Room also finds you in a fireside setting and boasts original barnyard/post-and-beam construction with countless brass antiques adorning the walls; and, the Laurel Room - our second floor private dining room is perfect for smaller parties, with the wood-burning fire place for the winter and an outdoor deck overlooking the lake for warmer weather.
