Cork 'N Hearth allows you to enjoy suberb continental cuisine in a classic Yankee setting that comfortably brings you back to the bygone days of New England.   Just step into the Brass Room, and you will immediately feel transported upon viewing the beautiful stone fireplace and the original barnyard/post-and-beam construction - not to mention the countless antique artifacts.

And in a day of fast foods, pre-cooked meals and microwaves, it took both Jasmine and Chris Ryan to commit to offering the finest menu that guarantees all entrees cooked to order.  For example, you will thrill to such favorites as Veal Oscar, Roasted Duckling, and Prime Rib, or fresh seafood - not to mention housemade soups, appetizers, desserts, and a delectable pub menu.

Cork 'N Hearth also boasts a special additive along with the fine food and the phenominal ambiance - that being Chris Ryan's local roots.   Raised in Lenox, Massachusetts, and prepared for creating fine cuisine at Rhode Island's Johnson & Wales, Chris knows and feels the area, and has a keen sense of combining the tride-and-true recipes with the newer innovations of today.
